Aluminum Beams| Light Weight, Strong and Durable Aluminum Construction
Aluminum Beam is an essential and versatile piece of equipment for all concrete forming projects. It is optimumly engineered with high grade aluminum and solid profile structure to provide excellent load performance while remains light weighted.
Aluminum Beams are designed with heavy top flanges for increased strength and reduced damage. On top beams are inserted with timber or plastic nailer strips (secured with screws for easy removal and replacement). At bottom it accepts standard 1/2in. bolt with square or hex, or A bolt.
Aluminum Beams are compatible with most concrete construction systems available in the market. While it has many applications, four main uses are as follows:
-As a stringer or joist in stationary systems
-As a joist in flying systems
-As a stud in ganged and climing wall systems
-As workplatforms and decks for access applications
* Aluminum Beams come with three designs to meet with different load and project requirements. Respectively the three designs are 122 Beams, 140 Beams and 165 Beams.
*140 Beams and 165 Beams are designed with heavy top flanges for increased strength and reduced damage. On top beams are inserted with timber or plastic nailer strips (secured with screws for easy removal and replacement). At bottom it accepts standard 1/2in. bolt with square or hex, or A bolt.
* Standard length of Aluminum Beams starts at 1.2m (4') and increment of 300mm to a maximum length of 11.7m(38'). Special lengths are available upon request.
